Samuel Roberti

Samuel Roberti is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on the areas of business litigation, business law, long term disability, civil litigation, condemnation, wills & estates, and personal injury litigation. Samuel Roberti was born in Long Island, New York in 1951. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1975 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and the US Court of Veterans' Appeals.

Experience: Sam Roberti, Senior Partner, founded the law firm in 1979 upon discharge as a Captain from the United States Air Force, where he was an assistant Judge Advocate General. Daniel Lauffer

Daniel Lauffer is an attorney whose practice is concentrated on social security disability. Daniel R. Lauffer was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina in 1955. R. David Wicker Jr.

David Wicker was born in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1960. Mr. Wicker attended Guilford Schools, graduating from James B. Dudley High School in 1978. After High School, Mr. Wicker attended both the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 1982, Mr. Wicker graduated from UNC-G where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. After completing undergraduate school, Mr. Wicker attended North Carolina Central University School of Law. In 1985, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from NCCU, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

In 1985, Mr. Wicker was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar. That same year, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Mr. Wicker is currently licensed to practice law in all the State Courts of North Carolina. In addition, Mr. Wicker is currently licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United State District Courts for the Easter, Middle, and Western District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Veterans Appeals.

Mr. Wicker was in private practice from 1985 through 1992. In 1992, he left the private practice of law to join the firm. Mr. Wicker's areas of practice over most areas of law. The areas of practice have included Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Social Security Disability, Traffic, Criminal Defense, Condemnation, Wills and Estates and Business Law.

Mr. Wicker has been married to his wife Susan for over 35 years. They have 3 adult children. Mr. Wicker is a member of Oak Grove Masonic Lodge in Durham and Amran Shriners in Raleigh. Mr. Wicker is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Masonic Home for Children in Oxford and WhiteStone Retirement Community in Greensboro. Mr. Wicker is a member of North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
