Social Security Counsel of Benefits
How much does it cost to hire an attorney? The most common charge is nothing unless you win. If you do win, the attorney is paid 25% of your past due benefits only. The maximum amount the attorney can receive from the case cannot exceed $5200.00. That means if your past due benefits are $5200.00, your attorney will charge you $1300.00. If you lose, the attorney is paid nothing. The Chancellor Building © 2006. All Rights Reserved WebBrite Advertising |
