R. David Wicker, Jr. was born in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1960. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1985 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Court, Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina, and U.S. Court of Veterans’ Appeals.
