Sam Roberti is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice in the area of business litigation, business transactions, estate litigation and estates.

Samuel Roberti was born in Long Island, New York in 1951. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1975 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S.Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, the US Court of Military Appeals and the US Court of Veterans' Appeals .
 
Experience:
Sam Roberti, Senior Partner, founded the law firm in 1979 upon discharge as a Captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General. He is Past-President and Board Member of the Durham Community Guidance Clinic, Past Board Member of Downtown Durham, Inc., Past Member of the Faculty at Duke Law School, a guest lecturer at UNC Chapel Hill Law School, and a presenter at various educational seminars in the area of estate litigation.
